Enter your items once in Turkish and let AI translate them into English, German, Russian, Arabic and Azerbaijani in natural menu language. The menu opens in the guest's phone language, with right-to-left Arabic.
- Dish names stay intact. Names like Künefe, Menemen or İskender are preserved, written in Cyrillic and Arabic script where needed.
- Only changes are translated. Changed just the description? Only the description is re-translated; up-to-date translations are never sent again.
- Your edits are kept. Translations you corrected by hand are never touched unless you ask.
- Preview, then confirm. You pick the source and target languages and see how many fields will be translated before anything happens.
Starter includes ~300 and Professional ~2,000 item translations per month. During the trial, you can also use AI features with the same limits as the Starter plan.

Frequently asked questions
Is a QR menu mandatory?
No, a QR code is not mandatory. Under Turkey's Price Labelling Regulation, what is required is a price list visible to guests at the entrance and at the tables. A QR menu is the easiest way to keep the table price list current; you don't need to reprint menus when prices change. baskan.site also prepares a printable price list for the entrance and tables.
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. Scanning the QR code with the phone camera is enough; the menu opens in the browser. No sign-up, app or personal data is requested.
Do I have to show allergen and calorie information?
Under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry rules, ingredient, allergen and calorie information is becoming mandatory in phases (chains from 1 July 2026; other businesses: ingredients/allergens by 31 December 2026, calories by 31 December 2027). All these fields are ready in your panel.
How often can I change prices?
As often as you like. Changes appear as soon as you save, and a 'last updated' date is shown automatically at the bottom of the menu.
Which languages can my menu use?
Turkish, English, German, Russian, Arabic and Azerbaijani. The Starter plan includes 2 languages, the Professional and Business plans 6.
What happens when the trial ends?
We'll remind you. If you don't choose a plan, your menu goes offline after a short grace period. Your data isn't deleted; pick a plan and continue where you left off.
How can I pay?
We currently accept bank transfer (EFT) and issue an e-invoice for every payment. Automatic card payments are coming soon.
When will the kitchen display and POS arrive?
Ordering from the table is now available in the Business plan. We are working on the kitchen display and the POS / end-of-day modules; existing members will get them first.
How does AI translation work, does it cost extra?
It's included in your plan at no extra cost. It translates your item and category texts into other languages in one click; only empty fields or fields whose source changed are translated, and translations you corrected by hand are left alone. Each plan has a monthly allowance (one item translated into one language = one item translation); Professional includes a much larger allowance. During the free trial, you can also use AI features with the same limits as the Starter plan.
Can I upload my menu from Excel?
Yes. Download the template from your panel and fill in your items, or export your current menu to Excel and edit it. When you upload the file you first see a preview, and your menu is updated once you confirm. You can also change prices in bulk with the bulk price update tool.
What is the web page, will I appear on Google?
In the Business plan, baskan.site/yourbusiness becomes a home page with offers, news, gallery, reservations and contact. Your page is announced to Google via the sitemap and becomes findable in search; rankings depend on Google and the top spot cannot be guaranteed. Your QR menus are not shown in search results.
How does ordering from the table work, is payment taken?
Guests scan the secure card on the table, add items to the cart and send it. The order arrives on the service screen; the waiter confirms it and enters it into your own POS, or declines it with a reason. No payment is taken; the bill is paid at the table. Ordering is in the Business plan, waiter calls in Professional and Business.
Do waiters need separate accounts and emails?
No. On the Team page you can create a staff account without email (username and password) and sign in on one tablet; all waiters share the same service screen. Managers are invited by email.
